Can I request a late check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Because our residences are frequently booked back-to-back, we're unable to offer late check-out. If you have a late departure and would like to keep the residence, we recommend reserving an additional night. Guests staying at Maras, Pisac or Nazca may also use our complimentary luggage storage after check-out.
Can I check in early or drop off my luggage?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Since our residences are often booked back-to-back, early check-in is rarely possible. If your residence is ready sooner, we'll be happy to welcome you early, but this can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. You may leave your luggage with our cleaning team from 11:30 a.m.; please do not arrive earlier, as the departing guests may still be in the residence.
How does self check-in work?
Present your ID at the building's 24-hour front desk, then use the unique entry code sent on the morning of check-in.
Is availability shown in real time?
Yes. Our booking page updates as reservations are made, so you can search your dates and confirm an available residence online.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable except for the cleaning fee.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes. Contact us by WhatsApp or email to request private airport transportation for your arrival or departure.
